Day 1 : Singapore / Hanoi
Depart on Singapore Airlines flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for check in. Rest of day at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2 : Hanoi (B/L)
Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum FROM OUTSIDE and His residence, One-Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, built in the 11th century century as Vietnam's first university. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to vist the Ethnology Museum, Hoan Kiem lake with Ngoc Son Temple, explore Old Quarter during a 1-hour cyclo ride. In the evening attend the performance of the famous Vietnamese traditional art of water puppetry. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3 : Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)
Drive to Halong Day (165 km east of Hanoi), listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. "Dragon descending to the sea" as it is known in Vietnamese, picturesque Halong Bay has more than 1,000 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. Enjoy a relaxing 5-hour boat trip through Halong Bay, fresh seafood lunch is prepared and served on board. Drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 4 : Hanoi - Singapore (B)
